Shipping, Handling and Return Policy

Shipping to US and Canada– ships within 2 weeks of purchase.

Shipping cost included within U.S.

For Canada, additional shipping charges will be invoiced after purchase, and depending on painting size and collector location, will be $50-$200 USD. Purchasers are also responsible for all additional customs/fees upon receipt of painting.

To pick up your painting in person within10 mile radius of Kirkland area at no shipping cost, please email Shubha after your purchase to set up a time.​

 

Shipping

 

International shipping cost for all original art is paid by the buyer / collector. Shubha will provide quotes from 2-3 professional companies. The cost will include Boxing, Crating or tubing (depending on the size of the painting and the country /city it is being shipped to) and Insurance. Cost will also be based on STANDARD SHIPPING RATES

 

KINDLY NOTE : Customs duty may be applicable based on location of buyer.

 

For paintings taken off their frame bar and rolled, tubed and shipped - This will be considered a FINAL SALE

Return Policy

 

Shubha works hard to have clear and accurate photos, but color nuances cannot be captured perfectly by digital media and vary from screen to screen. If you just aren't sure about the painting or its colors, she will be happy to send more photos with close ups. Please be sure you love the painting before you purchase it. Paintings are not sold 'upon approval'. This means Shubha cannot accept a return if it doesn't match or you change your mind.

If a painting is damaged during shipping, Shubha can work out a return and refund with you
