Hi, my name is Shubha and I'm a passionate and dedicated artist, born and raised in India and currently based in Kirkland, WA where I live with my family and our fur baby, Ekko.​​​​​​

​​Drawing upon my Indian heritage and my experiences as an immigrant in America, my art is infused with a unique blend of cultures and perspectives resulting in vibrant hues reminiscent of life in India mingled with the muted tones of the Pacific Northwest. Guided solely by intuition and fueled by an insatiable desire to create, I am interested in making art that speaks to the complexities of identity, belonging, and the human experience.

My Story
Just a few years ago, I stumbled upon the enchanting world of oil and acrylic painting as a simple hobby. Little did I know, this serendipitous encounter would ignite a flame of creativity that would consume me with an insatiable obsession.
Self-taught and driven by my love for using colors for expression, I immersed myself in the intricate dance between pigment and canvas. What began as a casual pastime soon blossomed into a fervent pursuit, as I devoted countless hours to experimenting and exploring the boundless possibilities of art through various mediums.
